Ryan is a 9-time certified Salesforce Consultant, dedicated to bridging the gap between technology and business solutions. His journey began at his family’s small business in Maryland, where he acquired hands-on experience across various business functions.
Graduating in the top 10% of his class from Salisbury University with a degree in Business Management, Ryan spearheaded the digital transformation of his family’s enterprise over the following 3.5 years. His efforts included implementing and managing a CRM system while bolstering their online presence.
In 2022, Ryan made the strategic decision to focus his career exclusively on cloud software and ventured into the Salesforce ecosystem.
By the end of 2023, Ryan achieved 7 Salesforce Certifications including: Associate, Administrator, Business Analyst, CPQ Specialist, Sales Representative, AI Associate, and Platform App Builder.
After honing his skills while working as a freelance Salesforce Consultant for a year, Ryan joined Aptaria in 2024 as a Cloud Consultant.
Ryan resides in Sykesville, Maryland, with his wife and daughter. Beyond his professional pursuits, he enjoys quality time with family, exploring new destinations, engaging in DIY projects, and finance.
